Janneau hulls from that year might have a kevlar layer among the
outer ones. Sometimes moisture concentrates behind this layer.
Sometimes it does not cause any trouble, somtimes a hydrolysis
starts. Also it might be a foam core in the hull where a hydrolysis
has started between outer laminate and core. The only way to be sure
