Hi I wonder if anyone can help.
I have been having a discussion with a colleague about using a Tramex Skipper moisture meter. There seems to be some confusion as to wether the antifouling must be removed before testing, or wether it should be ok to test with it still on. The boat I am testing is a Nroman 23, and the moisture meter reading is high. My reasoning is to scrape some antifoul off as the copper content and the fact that it is an eroding antifoul means it will absorb water. The antifouling is Micron Extra and has been applied just before christmas so if very fresh.
Many thanks in anticipation for someones help
Regards
Tom
