Thankyou for this message board! We have a very high moisture content in our hull. We stripped it and it's been sitting for months but is still high. We have found that there is foam inside the hull in the back. This foam is absolutely saturated. This is a Halmatic hull. Could the size of the hull have anything to do with drying time? We have had a professional kerosene heater under there with the plastic enclosing everything for 3 weeks now. Can you please advise us? The last reading was even higher than the original. Would the thickness of the hull have anything to do with this? Is it common to have this foam inside? Can you direct us to someone who might be able to help us?
Thankyou very much, Carol (writing for John)
