my 1976 rlm 31 has been out of the water since oct 2001, towards the end of march i started removing the antifouling and came to a predominantly green- grey coating, this coating contained small, hard blisters in various areas of the hull. more scraping would open these blisters, finding them dry and odourless but showing underneath a brownish, laminate like base.
is this previous gelshield protection gone wrong?
how wrong, how to cure? money is an issue & i can not find any structural damage. however, an honest answer please
