According to your reply in this posting it appears that a mositure meter is of little value. It seem from what you have said that if one suspects hydrolysis is active in their hull from the appearance of blisters, the best way to confirm this is to drill test holes.
1. Could you describe the test process of drilling holes, i.e. what size holes at what distance apart.
2. Should these be core drilled holes and the core plugs examined.
3. How should the core plugs be examined i.e. pH test paper etc. Other tests?
